All Packages Include

All packages are 6 days / 7 nights unless otherwise specified
All packages can be customized to accommodate your schedule
Special rates for children under 18 years of age with a paying adult
Lodging and meals (except housekeeping packages)
Transportation to and from hunting and fishing locations (except do it yourself hunts)
A 25% Deposit is required upon booking, 50% deposit is required by July 1st, Balance due upon arrival (cash or credit card only)
Deposits are non-refundable
All package pricing is based on Double Occupancy, except Bear Hunts

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable (we will forward your deposit to the following year only).
Cancellation after July 1st of the year of your hunt, you will be held accountable for the TOTAL cost of the hunt.
We will forward the cost of your hunt to the following year only - if we can fill your hunt that you reserved, we will refund your deposit.

Groups

One person in the group handles collecting deposits (Please send us one single deposit).
Please forward that deposit to us in the form of Check, or Credit Card.
Cancelations - Please be advised of our policies:
Cancellations of one or more members in your group after July 1st the year of your hunt - The Total cost of the groups hunt will be due/collected at the time of arrival.
Hunts reserved and canceled for a group or individual in the group will be forwarded to the following year only - No Refunds.

Bear Hunts 2023

$3000.00 - Bear Hunting over Bait August 28th - September 23rd
$4300.00 - Bear Hunting with Hounds / and Bear hunting over bait, weeks of September 11th - 16th, and September 18th - 23rd only
$4000.00- Bear Hunting with Hounds September 25th- October 27th
All bear hunts are 6-day hunts/ 7-night stays
Arrive on Sunday / Depart on Sunday (Sunday hunting is not allowed in Maine)

$175.00 per day - Additional guests not participating in hunting/fishing trips (per day) includes lodging and meals based on 7 nights
$400.00 - - Round Trip from Bangor International Airport based on two adults
$600.00 - Round Trip from Portland International Airport based on two adults

Reservations made are nonrefundable.
